Checkout delivery choices

The checkout page confirms whether we can ship the order to its destination, which service is available, and the applicable shipping charge or promotion. The displayed choice forms the order's delivery arrangement.

Preparation stage

Following successful payment authorization, order preparation generally takes 1–2 business days. Weekends and relevant public holidays fall outside that calculation.

Time with the carrier

Estimated travel time after dispatch is 4–6 business days. This is separate from preparation and is not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather, carrier disruption, holidays, remote routes, customs where relevant, and address problems can cause delay.

Addresses and tracking updates

Review apartment, unit, street, postal code, and recipient details before submitting payment. We send tracking when it becomes available, although a carrier may not display the first scan immediately.

Help with a shipment

For a late or missing parcel, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage, write to mushtaqlavangi0@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking number, and photographs of damage where applicable so we can investigate.
