Acceptable access

This website may be used lawfully to review products, place orders, and seek assistance. Do not interfere with service, attempt unauthorized security tests, commit fraud, generate abusive automated traffic, or misuse intellectual property.

Listings and contract formation

We take care with product descriptions, media, options, pricing, tax presentation, and stock, though display variation or mistakes may arise. Placing an order is an offer; acceptance depends on authorization, availability, address details, fraud controls, policies, and applicable law.

Fulfillment and return options

The Shipping Policy sets out preparation and transportation. We accept qualifying defective and non-defective returns and exchanges. Products must be new, and non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery and obtain approval before mailing an item, following the Refund Policy.

Prepaid return and refund timing

A free prepaid return label is enclosed in the shipment for an eligible approved return, with no restocking fee. We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days; the institution may post it later.

Ownership, lawful limits, and revisions
